You are the driving force behind the global service for our superyachts. As a Parts Assistant, you ensure that the Superyachts built by us remain in top condition. You deliver a crucial component to the other side of the ocean. Additionally, you assemble the perfect spare part package for a brand-new delivery. Your organizational talent and accuracy make the difference. With your tight coordination, owners, captains, and the crew experience the impeccable Feadship quality and top service.

This is what you will do as a Parts Assistant

At the Refit & Services department, everything revolves around long-term relationship management and customer satisfaction. In this partly commercial and partly administrative role, you support the Parts Team. You effectively work on two sides. On one hand, you provide the sailing fleet with the correct parts. On the other hand, you assist new construction projects even before delivery to arrange the initial parts packages.

You act as the right hand of the Parts Coordinator. You prepare sharp quotes, create orders, monitor delivery times, and guide the invoicing process. Our customers are located all over the world. Therefore, you communicate daily (mostly in English) with captains and Heads of Departments. Internally, you continuously coordinate with the logistics department regarding, for example, the correct labeling and packaging of shipments, the Supply Chain department, and the Sales and Project Management teams.
