At Royal Organisation, you’ll start with the foundations of face-to-face sales. As you demonstrate consistent results, sound judgement and readiness, you may take on responsibilities supporting newcomers and coaching presentations.
Your tasks
Roles & Responsibilities Before you give the motivational speech, learn the customer presentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn your assigned campaign and present client offerings accurately.
- Engage potential customers at on-ground campaign locations.
- Answer enquiries and support sign-ups.
- Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
- Develop the skills to guide others as you progress.
Requirements

- Interest in sales and people development.
- Willingness to be coached before coaching others.
- Accountability and reliability.
- No previous leadership experience required.
