You’ll begin with face-to-face customer engagement. As you demonstrate consistent results, sound judgement and the ability to support others, you may progress into coaching and team support responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent assigned clients at event and outdoor outreach locations.
- Deliver presentations and respond to customer enquiries.
- Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
- Apply coaching and take responsibility for your development.
- Learn to support newcomers as your capabilities grow.
Build your results. Develop your judgement. Earn greater responsibility.
