You’ll start with the fundamentals of face-to-face sales and campaign representation. As you demonstrate consistent results and the ability to support others, you may take on coaching and team coordination responsibilities.

- Represent clients through direct sales and on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Engage customers and explain products, services or campaign objectives.
- Work towards sales targets and review your progress with your coach.
- Strengthen your communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
- Learn how to guide newcomers as you become ready for leadership responsibilities.
