Royal Organisation is looking for driven individuals who want a direct sales role where earnings depend on sales results. This position is 100% commission-based, with no fixed basic salary. Earnings vary according to performance.
Your tasks
You’ll represent clients through face-to-face campaigns across Singapore, with training and coaching to help you develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Approach potential customers at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
- Present client products, services or causes clearly.
- Handle questions professionally and guide interested customers through sign-up.
- Work towards sales targets and take ownership of your improvement.

- Willingness to initiate conversations and handle rejection professionally.
- Consistency, accountability and openness to coaching.
- Understanding of—and comfort with—a commission-only earnings structure.
- Respect for customers and their decisions.
