Royal Organisation is expanding our campaign team. We’re looking for individuals who want to gain practical experience in customer acquisition, face-to-face sales and brand representation.

Your tasks

Roles & Responsibilities Interested in how brands attract new customers through real conversations?

You’ll work on assigned commercial or charity campaigns, learning how to understand customer interests and communicate client offerings professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with potential customers at event and outreach locations.
• Introduce client offerings and explain relevant details clearly.
• Listen to customer questions and respond professionally.
• Guide interested customers through the campaign’s sign-up process.
• Work with your team towards agreed sales objectives.
• Use coaching and customer feedback to improve your approach.

• Comfortable engaging people face to face.
• Organised, reliable and open to feedback.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not required.
