Project Manager

Your tasks
- 1. Project & Program Delivery
- a) Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management for each initiative.
- b) Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, fleet) in partnership with business and vendor stakeholders.
- c) Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization against the CIO's digital roadmap.
- 2. Change Management & Adoption
- a) Drive structured change management -- communications, training, and support -- to secure user adoption post go-live.
- b) Coordinate go-live and hypercare support with the project coordinators and systems tech support team.
- 3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- a) Coordinate implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and cost.
- b) Provide regular project status, risk, and benefits reporting to the CIO and steering committees.
- 4. Team Leadership
- a) Lead project coordinators/support staff and systems tech support interns across concurrent projects.
- b) Build project management capability and disciplined delivery practices across the team.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- a) Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- b) 3-5+ years managing IT or digital transformation projects, ideally with enterprise system implementations (ERP/CRM/MES/eCommerce).
Key Competencies
- a) Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- b) Experience leading change management for technology rollouts.
- c) Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
- d) Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
- e) Strong organizational discipline across multiple concurrent projects.
- f) Persuasive communication to drive adoption and manage change resistance.
