Your function As Teamlead Technical Support, you are responsible for providing optimal support to the Maintenance Teams within Production and Packing & Logistics, but the R&D department and the office environment also fall within your scope. In doing so, you lead a team of four employees. You focus on Maintenance planning, Engineering, Spare parts management, and Industrial automation. You work intensively with the Teamlead Maintenance Production, Teamlead Maintenance Packing & Logistics, and Teamlead Utilities & Buildings and make an active contribution to reducing technical losses, maintenance costs, and increasing the reliability of installations. This function combines hands-on technical involvement with coordination, coaching, and operational leadership. Additionally, you actively contribute as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer and play a key role in optimizing the total maintenance process, drafting and improving preventive maintenance plans, including the management of the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) and the multi-year maintenance budget (MJOB).

Your profile To be eligible for this position, you possess the following:

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a completed technical education (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation)
• In possession of VCA and NEN 3140
• Leadership experience in a technical or maintenance environment
• Experience with SAP PM, CMMS systems, and MS Office
• Experience with continuous improvement (TPM, WCOM, RCA, 5W, 5S, Lean) and/ or leading improvement projects
• Relevant experience within FMCG or a comparable industrial environment
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• You have a highly developed safety and quality awareness
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• You can work completely independently and in a structured manner
• You have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and are customer-oriented
• You have a highly developed safety and quality awareness and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards within the food industry
