Night Receptionist (M/F)

Your missions Under the responsibility of the Chef de Réception, you are the ambassador of the establishment and the guarantor of the smooth running of our clients' stay, from their arrival to their departure.

Your daily routine:

• Welcome night guests with elegance and professionalism (check-in / check-out)
• Ensure complete follow-up of the stay and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage reservations, occupancy, and room allocation according to requests
• Perform billing, collections, and payment control
• Ensure fluid communication with all hotel departments
• Inform and advise guests on hotel services and surrounding activities
• Take reservations for the hotel, restaurants, and the Spa
• Handle customer remarks with diplomacy and reactivity
• Actively participate in customer loyalty

Your objective: to offer a fluid, elegant, and irreproachable experience, faithful to the standards of the Royal Hainaut.

Your profile

• Comfortable with night work
• Excellent presentation and sense of service
• Proven experience in customer reception and hospitality
• Mastery of IT tools (knowledge of the Asterio software would be an asset)
• Very good interpersonal skills, ease of speech, and listening skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Good command of English
• Rigor, organization, and discretion
