Customer Contact & Administration Employee (32 hours)

The position

As a KCA Employee, you are the first point of contact for the customer (animal keepers and veterinarians) and also the link between the customer and the internal organization. You provide customers with quick and correct advice over the phone regarding the execution of and the extensive range of products and services of GD. In this dynamic position, you are responsible for ensuring that customer contact and administrative processes run optimally. Through your proactive attitude, you contribute to an optimal customer experience. You are focused on collaboration and ensure up-to-date and clear administration.

The department

The Customer Contact & Administration (KCA) department plays an important role as the commercial inside sales for our animal sectors and GD. KCA advises animal keepers and veterinarians about all products and services of GD. In addition, KCA performs all internal administrative tasks for the certification programs, other (mandatory) programs, participations, and projects. The department works closely with the animal sectors for this purpose.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• possess an MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
• have a sense for customer satisfaction, are naturally proactive, and work in a solution-oriented manner;
• are strong in communication, can express yourself well orally in English and German, and are familiar with various software systems;
• have demonstrable experience with customer contact, both by telephone and via other channels;
• have an affinity with the sector, livestock farmers, and veterinarians;
• are strong in making connections and can reason logically.
