Your challenge

As Inbound process manager, you are the department's point of contact for all processes taking place in the Inbound chain of Royal FloraHolland. You are responsible for standardizing, continuously improving, and implementing processes that belong to the Inbound processes. In this role, you are actively in contact with various stakeholders and ensure that from start to safeguarding the various projects, the right steps are taken to relieve the operation of its burdens. In this, you are alternately responsible for the project, client for the process experts of the department, or project member in projects of other departments.

Tasks and responsibilities -

• You are the point of contact for all processes taking place in the Inbound chain.
• Translating potential improvements into concrete proposals. You lead the improvement projects independently from Business Case to actual implementation. In doing so, you work closely with, among others, process expert, colleagues from the operational departments, data analysts, and application administrators to arrive at the most optimal solution;
• Safeguarding the agreed standard working methods at all 3 locations of Royal FloraHolland;
• Participating in the implementation of the various IT projects.
• Identifying every opportunity for process improvement, large or small, and tackling them with rolled-up sleeves;
• Frequent contact with stakeholders to create support for your plans.

Your profile -

• You have a WO (university) level of work and thinking;
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
