CREATIVE FRAGRANCE MANAGER
Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced Creative Fragrance Manager to coordinate fragrance development projects between perfumers, R&D, sales teams, and clients. The role involves fragrance creation and evaluation, managing project timelines, and ensuring fragrance concepts meet customer requirements, quality standards, and market trends.
Job Description:
- Coordinate fragrance development projects between perfumers, R&D, sales teams, and clients.
- Communicate customer requirements, fragrance briefs, concepts, and feedback to perfumers and R&D teams.
- Evaluate fragrance samples and provide feedback based on fragrance quality, performance, customer requirements, and project objectives.
- Work closely with perfumers and R&D teams to develop and refine fragrance formulations according to project briefs.
- Monitor fragrance development progress and ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate fragrance sample preparation, submission, testing, evaluation, and approval processes.
- Liaise with sales and customers to understand fragrance preferences, product requirements, and market expectations.
- Keep updated on fragrance trends, market developments, consumer preferences, and new fragrance concepts.
- Maintain proper records of fragrance briefs, samples, evaluation results, customer feedback, and development progress.
- Identify potential issues during fragrance development and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure fragrance development activities comply with company standards, quality requirements, and relevant safety procedures.
- Manage multiple fragrance development projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to business requirements.
- Required to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in fragrance creation, fragrance evaluation, fragrance development, or a related industry.
- Possess at least a Higher Education qualification or Diploma in any field.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking clients, perfumers, R&D personnel, and workers.
- Strong understanding of fragrance creation, evaluation, and development processes.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, exercise initiative, and work independently.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Meticulous, responsible, and mature in handling fragrance development projects and customer requirements.
