The Role We’re looking for a motivated and driven Fleet and Transport Administrator to join our Team in Immingham. In this role you will be part of the team responsible for the daily management and legal compliance of the fleet and drivers, supporting the Operations Manager in the operational needs of the business, providing a wide-ranging area of administration support.

As the Fleet and Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal processes, providing detailed information when needed and maintaining accurate records. You will be communicating daily with colleagues at all levels so the ability to deliver and retain accurate information is key.

Your responsibilities will be:

Book repairs, MOTs and servicing requirements for the HGV fleet

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, defects, and repairs carried out to the fleet and support the maintenance of all relevant legal documentation

Ensure all driver documentation is captured, recorded and filed

Gather and capture data for KPI completion

Create and control purchase order allocation

Manage stock levels for PPE and administrative items

Maintain data integrity within in-house systems

Complete administrative tasks and reports as required

Responsible for own health, safety, and welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace

Understand, embrace, and apply the company culture of continuous improvement

Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels

Confident, positive attitude

Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet, and able to grasp new software applications easily. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate level.

Willingness to complete industry related qualifications
