We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the growth of the construction sector in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively. - Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for construction. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes. - Prepare project documentation including contracts, progress reports, and risk assessments. - Lead, mentor, and supervise construction teams to optimize productivity and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within fitout, maintenance, or construction industries. - Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
