Sales Consultant - Interior Designer

Veranda & Royal Carpet, with years of presence in the furniture, carpet, and decoration sector, is looking for a new partner for its store in Chalandri, for the position:

Sales Consultant / Interior Designer

We are looking for a person with aesthetic sense, communication skills, and commercial perception, who will be able to guide the customer in selecting the appropriate furniture and carpet and propose integrated solutions that suit the space, style, and needs. The position combines sales, interior styling, and customer consulting.

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers in the store
• Investigating the needs, space, and personal style of each customer
• Presentation and proposal of appropriate collections, designs, colors, and dimensions
• Consulting regarding the combination of carpets with furniture, fabrics, colors, and the overall interior concept
• Management and follow-up of sales from the first contact until the completion of the order
• Creation of offers and communication with customers
• Maintaining the correct and attractive presentation of the showroom
• Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and professionals of the field
• Development of long-term relationships with private and professional clients

We are not just looking for a salesperson. We are looking for a space and sales consultant, who will be able to listen to the customer, understand their space, and help them choose the carpet that truly fits their aesthetic and needs. Required Qualifications: Ideally, the candidate possesses:

• Very good aesthetics and interest in interior design and decoration
• Communication and consulting skills
• Commercial perception and result orientation
• Ability to understand the customer's needs and propose solutions, without high-pressure sales
• Professionalism, consistency, and organizational skills
• Comfort in personal communication with a demanding clientele
• Good knowledge of PC and office tools
• Good knowledge of English

Will be considered significant qualifications

• Studies in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Decoration, or a related subject
• Previous experience in sales of furniture, lighting, carpet, fabrics, kitchen, or other interior design products
• Experience in premium retail or consultative sales
• Knowledge of design programs or the ability to create simple moodboards / space presentations
• Existing network of contacts with architects or interior designers
