Sri Lankan Cook

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook for our restaurant, which specializes in authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of traditional Sri Lankan dishes and specialties
• Creation and further development of menus, taking into account the authentic flavors and ingredients of Sri Lankan cuisine

• Responsibility for quality assurance and presentation of the dishes
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to regulations

• Efficient and structured way of working, even in stressful situations

Your profile:

• Experience in Sri Lankan cuisine is mandatory
• Language skills in English and Tamil are mandatory

• Ideally, you have worked for at least one year in a 4-5 star hotel with international standards
• Passion for authentic Sri Lankan culinary arts and the use of fresh, regional ingredients

• Creativity and an eye for detail in food preparation and presentation
• Reliability, teamwork, and an independent way of working
