As a Customer Care Employee, you will start in a varied position in which you make a direct impact. You ensure that our high-quality milk powders find their way to customers all over the world. What will you do?

In this export-oriented entry-level position, you will learn step by step how the international process works. You are involved in the entire trajectory: from order to delivery to the customer. Together with colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing and checking export orders;
• Coordinating with planning regarding product availability and transport;
• Organizing transports to customers worldwide;
• Preparing and checking export documents (such as certificates and customs documents);
• Contact with international customers, logistics partners, and other involved parties.

You will work extensively in English and learn daily in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
