What will you do?

As a Customer Care Employee Export, you are responsible for the order process within Export, including entering orders, coordinating with planning, arranging shipments, requesting / preparing all export documents including COKZ/NVWA documents and veterinary inspections, and handling customs export documents.

You will have a lot of contact via email and telephone with our customers, authorities, and colleagues from other departments. It is important to be able to maintain an overview, work accurately, and have an eye for detail. Because you work extensively with international customers, you speak and write fluent English. Additionally, it is a plus if, in addition to the English language, you also have knowledge of the French or Spanish language.

In Zeewolde, we have the largest cheese warehouse in the Netherlands. Here, our cheeses ripen until they are well-flavored. In Zeewolde, the cheese is packaged and prepared for shipment to our customers all over the world. Together with your team, you ensure the correct handling of all shipments.
