Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. •3–5 years of experience in real estate industry. •Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. •Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, facility management teams, and clients during the handover phase. •Strong knowledge of finshing works, snagging and QA/QC processes.
