Senior Development Manager

Leads and oversees the planning, design, and execution of multiple real estate development projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while aligning with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Accountabilities: Strategic Planning & Feasibility

• Lead feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for potential developments.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Align project goals with the company’s business strategy and investor expectations.

Project Leadership

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept through handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Design & Technical Oversight

• Direct architects, engineers, and consultants deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs.
• Approve design concepts, master plans, and technical submissions.
• Lead value engineering initiatives without compromising quality.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for government bodies, regulators, and key suppliers.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Risk & Financial Management

• Monitor project costs, contracts, and timelines, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare financial and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders .

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior development managers, engineers, and coordinators.
• Foster a collaborative environment between development, design, and construction teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development, including large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management principles.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and related software.
