Senior Development Engineer

Plays a key role in planning, designing, and coordinating real estate development projects from concept to handover. They ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Description :

• Collaborate with the Development Manager to prepare project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Review and approve design concepts, shop drawings, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors during all development stages.
• Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Review engineering calculations, material specifications, and construction methods.
• Propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture.
• 3 -5 years of experience in real estate development, including large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management principles.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and related software.
