In this role, you will not only maintain the existing, but you will also have the opportunity to influence what our future IT environment looks like. The impact of your work will be concretely visible in the business, processes, and user experience.

One of our most significant projects is the development of the ERP and integration environment, but alongside this are numerous other development projects. You will have the opportunity to test, develop, and implement new solutions that support business growth and efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Daily maintenance of the IT environment and user support in Finland and Sweden.
• Management of workstations, devices, networks, and local infrastructure.
• Development of the D365 environment together with the business and the group IT team.
• Coordination of system integrations, databases, and data transfers.
• Directing IT service partners, teleoperators, and other suppliers.
• Carrying out IT investments and development projects.
• Developing cybersecurity and data management, taking local regulations and requirements into account.
• Close cooperation with the parent company's IT organization in Australia.

You will succeed in this role if:

• You see IT as a business enabler, not just technology.
• You understand complexities and know how to connect business needs to system solutions.
• You want to develop operations and challenge established ways of working.
• You tolerate incompleteness and see opportunities in change.
• You know how to drive things forward even when a ready-made solution is not available.
• You are able to communicate fluently with various stakeholders.
• Your English language skills are good, as you will work daily in an international environment.
• You are ready to work at our office in Hollola, but hybrid work is also possible.

We particularly value:

• Experience in manufacturing industry or a multi-site organization.
• Understanding of ERP systems, integrations, and Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of local data protection, cybersecurity, and data management regulations.
• Experience in IT development projects and business process development.
