Deploy the quality policy and drive the quality culture within your scope Manage and support the quality managers within your scope Participate in internal and external audits (customers, certifications, authorities, etc.) Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality Support teams in adopting a continuous improvement culture and ensure the daily application of best practices, tools, and methodologies Analyze indicators, drive corrective action plans, verify process application, and report issues Update the quality performance indicators for your scope Represent the quality department in various bodies and meetings within your area of activity
