Within the Département Systèmes d’Information, you are responsible (as a member of the team) for the availability of the ERP, collecting business needs in the face of upcoming challenges, leading evolution projects to meet these needs, based on IT best practices (standards) and in compliance with deadline, cost, and IT security requirements, as well as ensuring service availability and providing advanced user support.

🛠 Your future position 🛠 As a member of the 3-person ERP team, you are collectively responsible for:

• Ensuring the role of Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (Collecting and prioritizing business evolution needs within the assigned scope. Challenging requesters), detailing functional needs with the business, and being proactive in implementing them in compliance with ERP standards, particularly in the Supply application domain.
• Leading, with full autonomy, IT projects within the assigned application scope, notably:
• Studying and proposing robust technical solutions as a team that are tailored to the actual need, integrate as much as possible into the standard SI applications, and best combine all available possibilities;
• Carrying out project scoping (confirming objectives, defining internal/external resources, structuring stages, required validation levels, planning and milestones, budget);
• Planning and managing project activities (to ensure deadlines, costs, and compliance of what is delivered are met);
• Leading testing phases: performing technical tests and leading functional tests, ensuring RETEX, and defining and managing the actions to be taken;
• Validating the production rollout, planning it, and implementing it;
• Implementing a continuous improvement approach (business feedback, knowledge capitalization, training and operating procedures, incident reporting, etc.);
• Ensuring and managing, with full autonomy, across the entire company scope, advanced technical and functional support for the applications under your responsibility.
