In brief You will be responsible for: Managing and leading an operational team dedicated to the business affairs under your charge,

Organizing and steering the programs and projects for which you are responsible,

Steering the progress and economic data of one or more contracts,

Participating in the deployment of progress actions and the evolution of program management and steering processes.

🔧 Your missions ⚙️ Being the focal point for the client and the program management during the bid and project phases,

Understanding client expectations and, if necessary, negotiating them throughout the entire business lifecycle,

Steering the preparation of the quote related to the tender, synthesizing and supporting the quote internally and then externally,

Providing support to the Commercial Direction for the promotion of offers and participating in the contractual negotiations of the program,

Establishing the project workflow logic, the project management plan, and its decomposition into activity lots,

Analyzing the client's purchase project and validating its compliance with the submitted offer,

Unifying and functionally managing cross-functional operational teams,

Leading the various rituals of the cross-functional operational team, and ensuring good communication between different trades in accordance with project management best practices,

Leading program and project risk reviews and monitoring the progress of risk treatment actions,

Translating client needs to the operational teams and other departments,

Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements towards the client and negotiating additional requests with them,

Ensuring compliance with Quality requirements and the punctuality of client deliveries,

Anticipating and controlling risks (alerts, analysis, control plans, provisions) and opportunities,

Guaranteeing the financial performance of programs (CA, gross margin, cash balance, steering margin at completion). Collecting and integrating program performance elements (costs, deadlines, risks),
