AI 3D Interior Renderer

Rowen Homes is looking for an AI 3D Interior Renderer with a strong interiors background to help create elevated, commercially focused room visuals that feel aspirational, considered and true to our signature look.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in the world. We are open to hearing from experienced individuals, freelancers, studios and agencies who can deliver beautiful, consistent, high quality renders at pace.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our interiors are soft, layered and luxe, with a strong focus on warm neutrals, texture, beautiful lighting and styled details that make a space feel aspirational but liveable. We want someone who can take a creative direction and translate it into high impact visuals that could sit confidently within the Rowen brand world.

The right person will understand room composition, scale, proportion, product placement, lighting, fabric texture, finish and styling. AI capability is important, but this role is not just about prompting. It needs someone with a genuine interiors eye who can create visuals that feel believable, premium and commercially useful.

WHAT YOU WILL BE CREATING

• Luxury interior room renders across living, dining, bedroom and outdoor spaces.
• Product application visuals showing how homeware, furniture and accessories can sit within a room.
• Styled scenes aligned with Rowen looks such as laidback luxe, warm neutrals, country glam, townhouse, Hamptons, cream and cosy, heavenly, coffee couture and kids interiors.
• Concept visuals for campaigns, product development, ecommerce, social content and buying direction.
• Renders that feel polished, realistic, commercially appealing and ready for brand review.

HOW TO APPLY Please send your portfolio, availability, typical turnaround times and a clear pricing breakdown. Where possible, please include examples that show before and after work, interior room scenes and any commercial renders created for homeware, furniture or lifestyle brands.

We would also welcome a short note on your process, including the tools you use, how you manage revisions and what information you need from us to produce the strongest results. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A strong portfolio showing interiors, home styling, 3D visualisation or AI generated interior work.
• Clear experience working with interiors, including furniture, soft furnishings, accessories, lighting and finish details.
• Confidence using AI rendering tools, 3D software or a blended creative workflow to produce premium room visuals.
• The ability to follow a brief, interpret brand direction and maintain consistency across multiple renders.
• A strong eye for luxury styling, proportion, texture, lighting and realistic room layouts.
• Good communication, reliability and the ability to work remotely with clear timelines.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ecommerce, homeware, furniture, interiors retail or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Ability to work from product imagery, mood boards, range plans, look books or creative direction documents.
• Retouching, Photoshop or post production skills.
• Understanding of image ratios and output requirements for websites, paid social, organic social and presentations.
