Construction Control Analyst

Professional Profile:

Civil Engineer, Architect, B.S. in Project Management, or related fields.

Requirements:

• Interest in Project Management.
• Interest and ease with technology.
• Seeking development in project administration and management platforms.
• Immediate availability
• 3-month temporary contract with the option to become indefinite based on performance, achievement, and demonstration of general capabilities.

Activities:

• Monitor and update the physical progress of the construction in Shark according to the real conditions of the project.
• Configure and maintain the construction schedule, including tasks, sequences, precedence relationships, and adjustments derived from execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervision, and the client to validate and update the progress recorded in the platform.
• Verify on-site the correct execution of works and the correspondence between the captured information and the reality of the construction.
• Identify and document restrictions, risks, incidents, and deviations that affect the construction schedule.
• Generate progress, productivity, and incident reports for project monitoring.
• Follow up on commitments and agreements established in coordination meetings.
• Support the analysis of schedule compliance, productivity, and yields, timely escalating impacts on time, cost, or quality.

Salary of $15,000 to $18,000 pesos monthly net.
