Your everyday life with us

• Telephone support and consultation for customers
• Correspondence with customers and partners in an international environment
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• Order receipt and processing
• Appointment and delivery tracking
• Creation and maintenance of customer master data
• Processing of complaints, credit notes, and contract changes
• Coordination of shipping and payment terms (including Letter of Credit)

What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable role is desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Good understanding of numbers and enjoyment of teamwork
• Structured approach combined with a careful and deadline-oriented way of working
