Visit Coordinator/Scientific Mediation - EDF Bugey (M/F)

Groupe Rouge Vif is looking for a Visit Coordinator/ Scientific Mediation in the AuRA region, specifically for the Bugey plant, for our client EDF.

With its 100 employees distributed throughout France, the local Communication pole supports companies in high-tech industrial sectors and works with the largest groups (energy, transport, aerospace, research...) in the development of their communication. Within the pole, we are committed to giving meaning to our clients' communication by promoting their industrial expertise and production tools through communication based on proof and transparency.

Missions: The position is located on the site of our client, a world leader in low-carbon energy production. On a daily basis, this position combines field practice and administrative management. Under the responsibility of the site coordinator:

• You accompany visitors in discovering the facilities while respecting safety rules and ensuring the quality of the visit.
• You deliver your clients' discourse and give presentations before an audience, adapting the speech to each target (clients, elected officials, VIPs, general public, students, schoolchildren...), in relation to the site's activity and its events.
• For young audiences, you conduct animations, on-site or off-site, to awaken curiosity for the energy mix and the industrial environment; you demonstrate pedagogical skills.
• You take charge of the reception and administrative management of visits on the sites, from the first email to the arrival of the group; concerned with enhancing the visitor experience (before / during / after), you ensure post-visit processing and reporting.
• You are proactive in the design and animation of communication projects.
• You represent the company's image to various interlocutors, as well as that of your clients, conveying their messages and values.

Required Soft Skills:

• Naturally dynamic and reactive, you are rigorous in managing your files and enjoy working both in a team and autonomously.
• You are curious, proactive, and have the ability to question yourself in a continuous improvement process.
• You are comfortable with oral expression in front of an audience and know the essential rules of communication.
• You have a good level of written expression.
• You are proficient in English.

Profile sought: Candidate with a Bac + 2/3 level of education, in the field of communication, teaching, science, scientific mediation, or as a guide-lecturer with an interest in science or the industrial environment.

Conditions:

• CDI (37.5H weekly), Monday to Friday - Occasional work on Saturdays/Sundays
• Immediate availability
• Salary: €2180 gross monthly
