Allround HR Advisor (32-40 hours) Employee Journey Specialist, Absence Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, HR Administrator, or would you rather be an L&D expert? As an Allround HR Advisor, you will fulfill a broad and versatile role in which you are involved in the entire HR process. From inflow, internal movement, to outflow: you ensure that HR within Rotom runs smoothly and professionally. You will receive a lot of responsibility, room for your own initiative, and the opportunity to further develop yourself within various HR disciplines. It begins with the inflow of new colleagues. You write attractive vacancy texts, screen candidates, and support recruitment activities. Additionally, you contribute ideas regarding employer branding and an optimal candidate experience. Thanks to your efforts, we find the right people and you ensure a strong onboarding. You also play an important role in the areas of talent development, employee satisfaction, and vitality. You support the appraisal and development cycle, coordinate training, and translate results from employee satisfaction surveys into concrete improvement actions. Absence also forms an important part of your function. You advise managers, ensure correct administration, maintain contact with the occupational health service (arbodienst), and monitor compliance with the Wet verbetering poortwachter. As an Allround HR Advisor, you are the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding various HR issues. You advise, support, and contribute ideas for improvements within our HR processes. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further professionalization of HR and work on the implementation and optimization of our HR system Personio. A good HR department naturally begins with a strong foundation. Therefore, you ensure that contracts, personnel changes, personnel files, and other HR administration are always correct and up to date. You report to the Group People Manager and are the main HR contact for the Dutch organization. In this independent and versatile role, you will receive a lot of freedom, responsibility, and room for your own initiative. You support approximately 120 employees within the Dutch Rotom companies and subsidiaries and make an important contribution to the further professionalization of HR.

Additionally, you are a strong communicator, service-oriented, and know how to switch easily between different tasks. You are an HR professional who likes to roll up your sleeves, but also looks beyond the daily operations. You contribute ideas for improvements, take responsibility, and want to continue developing yourself within the HR field. This position is an excellent step for an HR professional who wants to develop further. Due to the broad responsibility and the versatility of the role, you gain experience in almost all HR disciplines. This lays a strong foundation for a future step toward Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.

Furthermore, you have: HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the direction of HRM, Business Administration, or similar;

A few years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar HR function;

Experience with HR systems, such as Personio or a similar system;

Experience with multiple HR disciplines, such as recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, absence, performance management, and employee development;

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the HR field, including labor law and absence;

Good communication skills in Dutch and English;

Willingness to regularly visit our other locations.

What do we offer you? A full-time gross monthly salary of € 3,500 to € 4,500, depending on knowledge and experience;
