Commercial After Sales Clerk m/f/d in the Rosenheim district (Remuneration up to €3,500 gross)

KEY TASKS

• Customer support: Receiving inquiries and providing advice via telephone or e-mail
• Complaint management: Checking and processing complaints, warranty cases, and returns
• Order processing: Creation of offers, service orders, and invoices
• Data maintenance: Management of customer master data and processes in the system (such as ERP or MS Office)

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial training
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of using an ERP system
• Good English skills
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Own car and driver's license mandatory
• Technical understanding would be an advantage
