WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS

Financial Accountant m/f/d in the Miesbach district for direct hire (€57,000 gross/year)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent processing of all business transactions in the areas of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Support during inventories as well as ensuring proper bookkeeping
• Active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Execution of credit management and responsibility for the dunning process
• Reconciliation and posting of intercompany transactions within the international corporate group
• Close cooperation with the Customer Service, Purchasing, and IT departments
• Processing of national and international VAT matters, including VAT advance notifications and statistical reports
• Execution of payment transactions as well as approval of payments in the e-banking system
• Participation in annual audit processes, as well as support for auditors and assistance during tax audits
• Technical support and supervision of trainees in the field of financial accounting

REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed further training as a Financial Accountant m/f/d, Bilanzbuchhalter m/f/d, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the financial accounting of an industrial company, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Sound knowledge of national and international VAT law
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP-Systemen
• Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of personal responsibility, teamwork skills, and a strong hands-on mentality
