PROCESS MANAGER

Reporting To Engineering Manager / Sales Director Job Summary Our company manufactures customised Rotating Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry. The Lead and Manage Process Engineering Team, set department KPI and Objectives. Support both Bidding and Detail Engineering Team. Will be responsible for Process Team Performance and Deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead Process Engineering Team, to review Client specs, development of PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophy, and cause & effect diagrams, settle out calculations, blowdown calculations etc.

Perform process calculations, including compressor sizing, pump sizing, separator sizing, heat exchanger sizing, line sizing and utility requirement design.

Define process requirements and datasheet for compressor auxiliaries such as scrubbers, separators, coolers, lube oil systems, seal systems, and utilities.

Lead and participate in HAZOP / HAZID / design review meetings and ensure timely closure of actions.

Review and approve vendor documents, datasheets, calculations, and drawings; support purchasing bid evaluations.

Interface with clients and vendors during engineering, FAT, and project execution phases.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.

Support preparation of operating philosophies, manuals, and start-up/shutdown documentation.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

10 -15 years of experience in Rotating and Process Equipment Engineering.

Proven experience working as Senior / Lead Process Engineer on modular Rotating and Process systems.

Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Process systems, Rotating equipment and its auxiliaries systems.

Experience in PFD & P&ID development, sizing calculations, and safety studies.

Familiarity with API, ASME, ISO and relevant international standards.

Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, UNISIM, HTRI)
