Plastics Technician / Screw Developer for Single-Screw Extruders Your Tasks We are a renowned company in the plastics industry and are looking for a Screw Developer for our single-screw extruders. Our offer is aimed at both experienced/skilled individuals and career starters who wish to develop in this direction. Depending on experience, we will shape your field of work:

• Conception, design, and development of screw and barrel geometries for single-screw extruders using the provided software
• Carrying out analyses and tests to improve the performance and efficiency of extrusion processes (both internally and at our customers')
• Continuous evaluation and optimization of existing systems
• Integration of modern materials and technologies to increase product quality
• Independent analysis of process disturbances and derivation of improvement measures
• Technical and administrative support for the Head of Extrusion Technology

Your Profile

• A technical education in plastics (HTL/FH/University) or comparable qualification
• Preferably experience in screw development or single-screw extrusion
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving competence
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Good English skills and a willingness to travel worldwide of approx. 20% per year

Minimum Salary The basis is the collective agreement for the Metalworking Industry with a minimum classification of €3,802.93 gross / month for full-time. If you already have experience, we are of course prepared to offer overpayment - depending on how many years of professional experience and which qualifications you have. We will be happy to determine your actual salary together with you.
