Global Expert CRM and Sales Processes (m/f/d)

To strengthen our teams at the Leonding location, we are looking for 1 Global Expert CRM and Sales Processes (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support and continuous further development of the group-wide sales CRM template

• Participation in the international rollout of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as support for Key Users at global locations

• Responsibility for the CRM interfaces to the product configurator (Tacton) and ERP system (SAP) in coordination with subject matter experts

• Coordination and alignment with internal and external consultants to implement functional adjustments in the CRM system

• Analysis, optimization, and standardization of sales processes

• Creation and maintenance of internal service instructions and process documentation for the sales department

• Central interface between the departments IT, Service, Manufacturing, Controlling, and Sales

• Participation in projects within the sales department

Our requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training (FH/University desirable), with a focus on process management, IT, or similar

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the sales environment of an international company

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ideally experience as a Key User, Consultant, or in a comparable role

• ERP user knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage

• Strong IT understanding and affinity for processes

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Strong communication skills, ability to build consensus, and solution orientation

• Willingness to travel approx. 10%
