Your tasks

• Project management responsibility in the area of firefighting systems and components as well as contact person for sales regarding demanding customer inquiries
• Coordination and processing of Semi Knocked Down (SKD) and Completely Knocked Down (CKD) projects
• Responsibility for compliance with deadlines, costs, and defined project scope
• Creation and elaboration of commercial offers, orders, and technical specifications
• Carrying out technical clarifications with sales
• Steering and coordination of orders and handover to production and engineering
• Active accompaniment and monitoring of the end-to-end process
• Creation and maintenance of order-related bills of materials in the ERP system
• Support of the team leader with organizational and administrative tasks in the product segment

Our requirements

• Completed technical training, ideally with an economic focus
• Relevant professional experience in a technical or economic field
• Good ERP knowledge, SAP is an advantage
• Good English skills
• Assertiveness and high solution orientation
• Initiative as well as a structured and consistent way of working
• Professional appearance and sense of responsibility
• Team orientation and acting as a link between sales and internal specialist departments in close cooperation with engineering, production, and logistics
• Strong communication skills
• Low willingness to travel, approx. 10-15% of working time
