Operations Manager - Commercial

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the global HR system landscape incl. roadmap and further development
• Management of global HR-IT projects, from system implementation and releases to international rollout at our locations
• Harmonization of HR processes along the employee lifecycle across various locations
• Establishment of modern international people analytics and reporting structures (dashboards, KPIs)
• Further development of self-service offerings for employees and managers
• Ensuring data quality
• Compliance with data protection (GDPR) and system security requirements
• Close cooperation with IT, Payroll, Controlling and external implementation partners
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of two employees

Our requirements

• Completed degree in business, ideally with a focus on HR, Controlling, or Business Informatics
• Relevant professional experience in an international company
• Experience in the leadership and development of a team
• SAP knowledge as well as a strong understanding of IT systems
• English in spoken and written form
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enthusiasm for building modern, data-driven HR structures
• Professional and confident appearance
