Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience.
Work site environment:
Odours.
Work setting:
Esthetician's salon. Spa.
Tasks:
- Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art.
- Clean, trim and polish nails.
- Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Manicures.
- Pedicures.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years.
Employment terms options:
- Morning.
- Day.
- Weekend.
Support for newcomers and refugees:
Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Does not require Canadian work experience.
Support for youths:
Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous people:
Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
