Visual Merchandising Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies and designs under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• Assist in executing store layouts and space planning, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and best practices, with a focus on application in-store.
• Ensure brand consistency across visual merchandising efforts, with close collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Assist in coordinating with offline channels and vendors for the smooth execution of visual merchandising plans.
• Assist in analysing the effectiveness of visual merchandising designs and contributing to reports.
• Support the Creative Director in managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Assist with the implementation of seasonal changes, product launches, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in visual merchandising, retail design, and in-store customer experience.
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or SketchUp is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve design and execution skills.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and space planning principles.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic analytical skills to evaluate visual merchandising effectiveness and contribute to reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially when working with vendors and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude in staying updated with retail and visual merchandising trends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
