For our customer in Villach, we are looking for an immediate start for 1 Payroll Analyst (m/w/d) in Villach

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the creation and processing of monthly payrolls

• Ensuring that all data is compiled correctly

• Responsible for the reconciliation and transfer of all accounts payable and bank interfaces and reports related to salary data

• Responsible for the accounting and verification of all results, searching for and correcting errors in connection with the audit of wage data

• Processing adjustments related to terminated employees, such as post-departure payments, reclamation of advance payments

• Support and administration of the time tracking system, including processing error logs as well as the rebooking of overtime for payroll processing

Your profile:

• Good written and oral communication skills in English

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent research and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and work under pressure

• Flexibility regarding work patterns
