Design Office Technician in Industrial Design (M/F)

ROSARA is a human resources consulting firm that supports companies in their strategic recruitment. We have been mandated by our client, a French industrial company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom special-purpose machines. It supports leading industrial players in France and internationally through high value-added technical solutions.

YOUR MISSION

In a context of business development, we are recruiting a Mechanical Design Office Engineer. Within the Design Office, you will take charge of the design of special-purpose machines and support projects from their definition to their commissioning.

Your missions:

• Design the mechanical architecture of machines and industrial equipment
• Define the technical and functional characteristics of the developed solutions
• Create assembly and detail drawings using CAD tools
• Perform mechanical dimensioning and participate in structural calculations
• Integrate manufacturing, transport, lifting, and assembly constraints from the design phase
• Participate in functional analyses, FMEA, and design reviews
• Ensure technical monitoring of equipment during the manufacturing, testing, and fine-tuning phases
• Handle non-conformities and contribute to the continuous improvement of products

YOUR PROFILE

With higher education in industrial mechanics, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience (excluding internships / work-study) in a similar type of position. You have solid skills in mechanical design and mastery of CAD software. You have good knowledge of mechanical, thermal, and/or hydraulic calculations. Experience working in project mode would be appreciated. Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you enjoy demanding technical environments where every project is unique. You have a good command of English (exchange with international clients / partners).
