Sales Assistant Inside Sales (f/m/d) (Industrial Clerk)

Tasks:

• Processing customer orders from order confirmation to shipment, including coordination with export control if required
• Checking sanction lists
• If required, checking documentary credits / Letter of Credit
• Cross-departmental cooperation with project managers from Purchasing, Development, Accounting, etc.
• Supporting Accounting in monitoring customer payments

Qualifications:

• Commercial vocational training, ideally in industry
• Proficient SAP user knowledge
• Business fluent English skills due to communication with foreign branches
• Home Office: 2 days/week possible, induction on-site
