CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

The Customer Relation Officer (CRO) is generally in-charge of branch transactions. CRO ensures the establishment and maintenance of Quality Customer Relations to all clients. In the absence of the Branch Admin Officer (BAO), CRO Performs cashiering, documentation and other works of the BAO including branch security and orderliness.

Qualifications/Requirements: Must possess any bachelor/college degree Open for fresh graduates Proficient in MS Office applications especially Word and Excel Strong oral and written communication skills Must be customer-oriented & with pleasing personality Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
