Your Tasks

• Technical and commercial processing of customer inquiries in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Creation, calculation, and follow-up of technical offers
• Creation, maintenance, and updating of customer data in the CRM system
• Creation and preparation of presentations and sales documents
• Support with marketing activities and sales-related projects
• Maintenance and administration of customer portals

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training or a completed degree
• Professional experience in sales or sales back office
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality as well as a proactive, independent, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork skills
