Your Tasks

• First-level and second-level support for users and IT systems
• Setup, administration, and maintenance of network and IT infrastructures
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in the hardware and software environment
• Support for employees with IT-technical concerns
• Participation in IT projects and the continuous further development of the system landscape
• Maintenance and creation of IT documentation and system overviews

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding of computer hardware and common software solutions
• Routine in the analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions
• Knowledge of common operating systems as well as basic know-how in the field of network technologies
• Solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working in a team
• Strong service orientation and a patient approach to users
• Good English skills
