Job Objective

Prepare, analyze, and control roofing project budgets, ensuring the correct quantification of materials, labor, and indirect costs, contributing to the profitability and viability of each project.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets for roofing and construction projects.
• Unit price analysis (APU).
• Quantification of materials from plans and specifications.
• Integration of concept catalogs.
• Request and analysis of quotes from suppliers and contractors.
• Preparation of economic and technical comparisons.
• Updating cost and price databases.
• Review and interpretation of architectural, structural, and detail plans.
• Technical and economic support for tenders and commercial proposals.
• Monitoring of budget variations during project execution.

Requirements

Education

Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in construction costs and budgets. Desirable experience in roofing projects, metal roofing, insulated panel, or waterproofing.

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced use of OPUS.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (intermediate-advanced Excel).
• Use of AutoCAD.
• Interpretation of plans and technical specifications.
• Preparation of unit price analyses.
• Control and analysis of project costs.

Profile

• Reside in Guadalajara, Jalisco or metropolitan area.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
