Senior CIM\MES Software Engineer

About the Role: Join our global team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) solutions. You will be instrumental in building mission-critical software that drives digital transformation and Industry 4.0 for our diverse international clients, primarily in the semiconductor sector. Key Responsibilities: Software development for MES\CIM products, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Develop robust, high-quality solutions using technologies such as  C#, Java, Vue.js, and SQL . Create comprehensive technical documentation, including source code, test plans, and deployment packages. Collaborate effectively with a global project team, including project managers, product leads, and international colleagues, to ensure successful implementation. Contribute to local\overseas projects simultaneously, adapting to various client environments and technical challenges. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven programming proficiency  is mandatory, with strong skills in one or more of:  C#, Java, Vue.js, or SQL . Full professional fluency in English, able to deal with mandarin-speaking customers. Extensive travel flexibility:  Must be able to travel for  overseas project assignments lasting several months . A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and perform under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Domain knowledge or experience in the  semiconductor manufacturing industry . Familiarity with  Manufacturing softwares, digital transformation, or AI/ML applications  in manufacturing. Experience working within a global or cross-cultural team environment.
