Machining Electromechanic

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IMT

Mechanical: Check the condition of the packaged screws, couplings, wedge inspection, inspection of the spindle system belts, inspection of the doors, servomotor screws to ensure there are no unusual movements in the wrist, verify gripper hardware, verify the condition of bearings and linear guides, verify prism fastening, transmission belt, line bearings, packaged screws, verify the fastening and condition of the bell, verify the condition of the chip conveyor.

Electrical: Verify the service to the control panel, sensor services, limit switches, pressure switches, electrical board, contactors, terminals, CNC system, wiring, etc.

Lubrication: Verify the service to the lubrication reservoir, pump operation, verify the piping and hoses are without leaks or broken.

Hydraulic: Verify, change the reservoir oil once a year. verify that there are no leaks in valves, connections and hoses, counterweight cylinders, lifting and table rotation cylinders, verify that the pump works well.

Pneumatic: Verify that the maintenance unit is functioning, verify that there are no leaks in valves, connections, hoses, condition of clamping cylinders and center plate cylinders.

Soluble system: Cleaning of the raziol tank, verify electrical and pneumatic connections and the condition of the hoses, replacement of IMT door rollers, spindle belts, hydraulic hose, axis adjustment guides, packaged screws.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance: mechanical, electrical, lubrication, soluble system, pneumatic, hydraulic, KUKAS robots

Perform replacement of IMT door rollers, spindle belts, hydraulic hoses, axis adjustment guides, packaged screws.

Repair of grippers (sensors, damaged gauges, valves, damaged bearings).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Danobat 650 and 750, drills and in grinding.

Pneumatic: Verify the condition of clamping cylinders, table rotation cylinders, door cylinder.

Requirements:

Education/Diploma

TSU in industrial maintenance, machines and tools or related career.

Experience:

3 years in a similar position in the automotive metal-mechanical industry.

Language knowledge

Basic English.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English
