Your tasks

WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them find exactly what they need.
• Answering questions, offering product recommendations, and finding solutions to customer concerns.
• Processing sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Answering phone calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Working alongside an awesome team to keep things running smoothly.
• Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Requirements

We?re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people and isn?t afraid to roll up their sleeves!

• A friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can juggle a few things at once.
