Job Description

We look at what you want and what you are looking for. That is why we have an introductory interview with you. This way, we find out what suits you best. We listen to your wishes and needs within education and search for the right match based on that.

Have we found a suitable school for you? This is always done in consultation with you first. So, you determine first whether the school truly fits you before you start working there.

For long-term substitute assignments, you should think of maternity leave, long-term sick leave, or a vacancy in the formation. You will know well in advance what to expect. This allows you to work on learning goals and the relationship with your students and your colleagues.
